Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the "Add to Cart" Button.  Fill in your shipping and billing information.  Once we receive your order, we will ship as soon as possible.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Yes.  We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted, and we do not store your payment information.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Once our fulfillment warehouses packs and ships your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will have the carrier information and tracking number.

If 5 business days has passed, and you did not receive a shipment confirmation, please contact us immediately at info@petozy.com and we will investigate.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: No.  Currently, we only ship products to addresses located in the United States.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: It depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout, and where you want your order to be shipped to.

Q: Can you explain the shipping options at checkout?

A: We offer 3 shipping speeds at checkout.  Standard Shipping which uses USPS First Class & Priority or UPS Ground.  Expedited Shipping which uses UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express.  Priority Shipping which uses UPS overnight.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee on products that you sell?

A: Yes.  There are rare instances where the product gets damage during transit by the carrier, please contact us at info@petozy.com with a picture of the damage if this happens.

Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?

A: Yes, we offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product.  Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.  If you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us at info@petozy.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
